About me
Born in the Dominican Republic. Raised in Miami, Florida. Moved to New York City to earn a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. This was the launching point to my career in fashion which began at Coach, focusing on accessories ranging from handbags to small leather goods. I later shifted my focus to women’s footwear, as Director for Product Development for brands including Delman, Banana Republic, JCrew and a number of private labels. After 15 years in fashion, my husband and I moved to Connecticut where we are raising our daughters. It is here where I decided to make a career shift. I earned a Master of Arts Degree in Interior Design from Fairfield University with a focus on sustainability and wellness for commercial spaces.
